"Friday saw the first O-Town show in the UK in ten years! And did they disappoint?
As if!
Sure, main heartthrob member Ashley Parker Angel was clearly missing, but once the boys got into the show… it was easy to just forget he was in the band.
Starting the show with their first hit “Liquid Dreams” the crowd instantly started singing along – myself included! It was clear from the bands faces that they were ecstatic that everyone there was totally excited at their come back. Even their new song “Skydive” received a great response. The band also took time to make some alcoholic beverages for the fans in the crowd – not forgetting to ask for ID first, of course!
They sang all the hits. “We Fit Together”, “Baby I Would”, “All Or Nothing”, plus many more.
I was sad when the show came to and end. It wasn’t nearly as long as I had wanted (plus, I was hoping for some “Every Six Seconds”) but with a promise to return later in the year, I’m holding out that they’ll sing it then.
